What is the warranty on my Halo™ Ultraviolet Vacuum?
Your Halo™ Ultraviolet Vacuum warranty is for one year from the date of purchase, and includes only private household vacuum cleaner use. The ultraviolet bulb and chamber are covered under a lifetime warranty as well. The warranties are granted only to the original purchaser and members of his or her immediate household family. Please keep your sales receipt or other document showing proof of purchase. Also keep the original box and packing material in case you need to return your unit. More details about the warranty on your Halo™ Ultraviolet Vacuum can be found in your Owner's Safety and Operation Manual. If you have a specific question, please call 866-638-HALO (4256) or email Customer Service at customerservice@halocompany.com.
 
Is there a money-back guarantee?
If purchased from Halo directly, and for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product within 30 days of purchase, just call Customer Service at 866-638-HALO (4256) and we'll refund your money, no questions asked.  If purchased through another retailer, please refer to the retailer’s policy for returns.
