Halo™ charges sales tax in jurisdictions where it is deemed to have nexus for purposes of sales and use tax. This is governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the jurisdictions in which Halo™ does business and is subject to change without notice.

Sales tax is calculated based on the applicable sales tax rates as published from time to time by the taxing jurisdictions in which Halo™ is deemed to have nexus. Specifically, the "ship to" zip code is what determines the applicable tax rates, if any, that Halo™ is required to charge by law.

Whether ordering online or through our Sales Center, a unique order number will be provided to you. This number will confirm placement of your order. If you have questions regarding your order, please have this order number available to reference. If you provide us with an email address, we will send you a confirmation of your order, and another email notifying you upon shipment.

Our Halo™ UVX and Halo™ UV-ST are both available for sale.  Your delivery time will be based on the shipping method selected. We do offer free UPS Standard shipping that takes approximately 7-10 days for delivery once the product is available.

In-stock products will typically ship within 24 hours of placing an order. Delivery will depend upon the shipping method you select and the final destination. (See the shipping options FAQ below.)

If a product is temporarily unavailable, the estimated availability date will be noted beside the ordering information. Orders can still be placed and will ship as soon as possible.
